What made you switch billing partners for your urgent care, and was it actually worth it?
We had a stage whereby the claim follow-ups were lagging behind with the patient volume. Upon contrasting the urgent care billing companies in the mid-way of our review analysis, it dawned on us that reporting transparency is of great significance. Real-time claim status is what altered our staffing planning. Have other people discovered some of the metrics that can significantly change when analyzing billing performance?
API timeouts
I cannot get data from this API, the connection keeps timing out. I also don't use Twitter so I can't message mods directly.

Can you add the real name of the drag queens?
Search part of name
Is there any way you can make the API format able to search an individual queen by part of the name? For instance, most people will just type "Katya" in the input considering most people don't know how to spell Zamolodchikova lol. When I just type "Katya", it comes back in the console as an empty array.
